Can I call you and you'll hold an apartment for me?
No, we can only hold an apartment for you once you've completed an application and paid the non-refundable application fee ($ 75.00 per person) and the reservation/holding deposit ($ 250.00).
What if I change my mind after I submitted my application? You will lose the deposit unless we can rent the apartment to someone else for the same move in date that you had chosen.
Do you have furnished apartments? We currently do not offer furnished apartments.
What is included in the rent?
Water, maintenance and garbage is included. Residents have to pay for electricity. Phone, cable and internet are optional.
How much do I have to pay in security deposit? We conduct a credit and criminal background check. The security deposit depends on your credit score and income. With a monthly income of $ 3,600.00 and a credit score of 650, the security deposit would be $ 500.00.
Lower income and/or credit score would necessitate a higher security deposit.
I have no credit score. Can I still qualify? Yes, if you have been unable to build a credit score, we will look towards your income to evaluate the security deposit.
I am a student without income. Do I still qualify? Yes, we'll put emphasis on your credit score, however, you still have to proof that you have the funds to pay the rent.
Do you have cable and internet available? Yes, you can choose between Atlantic Broadband, Comcast and At&T. Not all satellite providers can be used, as the direction of the patio/balcony of the individual apartment may not allow for reception. (Please make sure you follow the installation restrictions - as you will be responsible for any damages caused by incorrectly installed satellite dishes.)
